I had my first experience with Chiropractic at seven years old. I was a chronic asthmatic that used an inhaler and nebulizer daily. I was introduced to a chiropractor who had adjusted me weekly for a period of a few months and after a short period of time I became inhaler free. Chiropractic care really opened my eyes to conservative/preventative care that I previously had no idea about. It inspired me to share this form of health care with others. I utilize a variety of treatments as well as personal training to help people achieve better daily function and live a lifestyle with optimal health. I believe patient education and evidence based practices are key components to injury prevention.
