About Dr. HOPPA

Lauren takes a comprehensive approach to treatment, focusing not only on the patient’s current injury or impairment, but all aspects integrated into their healing and recovery. She strives to assess one’s movement patterns in order to optimize their recovery and prevent re-injury. Through getting to know the person as a whole and their goals, she is committed to finding their unique treatment, including a variety of hands-on techniques and corrective exercise programs.

Following her Doctorate program, Dr. Hoppa completed an extensive year-long residency program in Sports Physical Therapy at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin. While there, she refined her clinical assessment of the athlete and active adult, developed return-to-play programs for pediatric through collegiate athletes, and served as adjunct faculty in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at UW-La Crosse.

Lauren is originally from Franklin, Wisconsin where she grew up as a competitive Irish dancer. This sparked her desire for treating complex foot and ankle injuries in addition to understanding the importance of injury prevention. In her free time, Lauren enjoys hiking, seeking out new breweries or events in Denver with friends, and cheering on all of Wisconsin sports teams, especially the Green Bay Packers – GO PACK GO!
